Parsley Pork and Artichokes

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds pork stew meat, cubed
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
A pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the meat and brown for 5 minutes.
Add the artichokes, the vinegar and the other ingredients, toss, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, divide between plates and serve.
