Pork with Mushrooms and Cucumbers

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon oregano, dried
4 pork chops
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
A pinch of sea salt and black pepper
1 cup white mushrooms, halved
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the pork chops and brown for 2 minutes on each side.
Add the rest of the ingredients, toss, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, divide between plates and serve.
