Mustard Salmon Mix

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, boneless
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
½ cup mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 scallions, chopped
Salt and black pepper to the taste
2 green chilies, chopped
¼ teaspoon cumin, ground
¼ cup parsley, chopped
Directions:
Heat up a pot with the oil over medium heat, add the scallions and the chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the fish and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Add the remaining ingredients, toss, cook everything for 4 more minutes, divide between plates and serve.
