Ginger Baked Apples

Ingredients:
2 apples, cored and halved
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
¼ cup raw honey
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
Directions:
Arrange the apples in a baking dish, add the ginger and the other ingredients, and bake at 390 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Divide the apples mix between dessert plates and serve.
